blunderphone delayed

Seems there was a “glitch” with the blunderphone order with TMobile.

Because I asked for, and got, a discount for being a customer for one year, the order had to be approved by a supervisor. Guess the request was stuck between the order desk and the supervisor, where it languished for 3 days.

Glad I called to check on the status.
